I know what you’re thinking. “But Emilee, there’s nothing groundbreaking about me or my story. And opening up to the world sounds scary AF!”

Can I let you in on a secret? I was once the shy little girl hiding behind my moms legs in the grocery store – afraid to be SEEN much less HEARD. 

That shy little girl inside of me lives on. From time to time she whispers to me, “Don’t put yourself out there. You’ll be judged and rejected.” 

Sadly, for years, I allowed those words to paralyze me. I played small. I downplayed my talents. I told myself I had nothing valuable to say. I stayed invisible online. 

I still managed to build a thriving podcast management business through word-of-mouth marketing. But even still, my soul was yearning for something deeper, something that would require me to show up more vulnerably. 

I wanted to coach. I wanted to heal others at the quantum level. To step into that identity, I had to dare to meet my inner child face to face. I picked up that shy little girl and held her in my arms. I let her know that she was safe. I let her know that together, we could weather rejection. 

Immediately, I felt my heart chakra open, creativity began to flow. My purpose found me. My voice refused to stay hidden. 

Now, I host a podcast and show up live in my Facebook group. The point is, when you heal your heart opens and your story flows. If it’s true for me it can be true for you.
